The Problem

A fast-growing e‑commerce retailer was struggling to personalise its marketing. Campaigns were generic, click‑through rates were falling and repeat purchases were stagnant. The Solution

We then built an AI Roadmap introducing segmentation and recommendation engines into their email marketing platform. AI Training sessions focused on helping the marketing team create dynamic campaigns without relying on developers.

The Success

Email conversion rates increased by more than 40% and average order value rose by 17% within two months. Campaign build times dropped from days to minutes, freeing the team to focus on strategy and creative testing.

The success of this pilot project gave leadership the confidence to expand AI into other areas, including inventory planning and customer support, all grounded in the same phased, low-risk approach.
